Returns policies vary per product. Please refer to the follow guide for our complete return policy. Any items sent back that do not abide by these guidelines will either be sent back to the at Alliance Board Company 's discretion. All Returns and Exchanges must be submitted within 45 days of the Invoice date. Returns and Exchanges received after 45 days may also be returned to the customer or issued store credit, at the discretion of Alliance Board Company. All returns must include the original receipt statement included with the package or a printed copy of the order confirmation email and include a written explanation of why the item is being returned.
All clothing must be returned unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached. Clothing that has been worn and/or washed, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shoes must be returned in the same state they were received. Shoes that appear to have been worn inside/outside for more than a considerable period of time cannot be returned and no refund or exchanges will be issued. Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.
Sunglasses cannot be returned. All sunglass sales are final.
Skateboards, snowboards, boots, bindings, etc. must be returned without being used, scuffed skated, or chipped. All skateboard, snowboards, bindings, parts cannot be exchanged or returned once assembled.
Shrink wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.
